Hi! This is my 6th year in 4-H. I started out as a Cleaver with the Freedom Naples 4- H Multi Club near Barrhead, Alberta. My first project was a Cleaver Calf, then I did a market lamb, and now my steer “Brisk Ett” is my 4th market steer. He’s been a bit of a challenge this year—he’s got a bit of an attitude and was really hard to train at first. At the beginning, he didn’t even like grain, but now he runs to the feeder as soon as he sees me coming, which is pretty awesome! This year our club started a foods project too, and it’s been sooo much fun!
