My name is Paisley Smith, I am 13 years old and this is my third year in 4-H. This year my steer is a black angus cross named Fred. I picked him from my family’s herd, and he started out at 610lb. He eats 4-H finisher ration, molasses and free choice hay. He is a calm calf, and I have been able to lead him by myself from the beginning. I look forward to showing and grooming him at Achievement Day.
